The stay exceeded our expectation. When we booked, in pictures the hotel looked good but when we arrived, we were blown away by the design. The architect should get a medal. Very unique and beautiful. The pool area was amazing with a lot of green, you couldn't expect such hotel in the middle of a major city, when we were at the pool, we felt like we are in a resort on some tropical island. Room was very comfortable as well.

Location access was right in China Town where you can definitely eat an abundance of local dishes and take away food. 10-15mins access to the National Singaporean Museum, Marina Bay Sands, Science & Art Museum for kids, Gardens by the Bay by Taxi or Grab.

The hotel is located near the Chinatown MRT station, which is about a 3-4 minute walk away. There is assistance available for carrying luggage before reaching the hotel. The front desk staff are fluent in both English and Chinese, and they are friendly with charming smiles. The rooms are very clean, and the view from the window is excellent. The breakfast is delicious. It was a fantastic accommodation experience.

This is one of the best hotel stays I've had in my travels. We loved the location (central and close to all key areas in Singapore), the rooms and amenities available are excellent (we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area), and most importantly, the level of service provided by EVERY staff we came across with is top-notch! My partner and I decided to stay here as our last stop for our anniversary trip in Southeast Asia, and it was the best decision! Everything was great from the moment we booked our accommodation right through to checking out and leaving the hotel. Prior to arrival, the lady who contacted us post booking was really helpful with some of our questions. On arrival, we were offered a room upgrade and got a nice little surprise for us when we arrived in the room, which we're truly appreciative of. During our stay, we always came back to a nice and clean room, and this was all done even if we left our hotel room quite late in the afternoon in some days. We always get a friendly greeting from the staff not only in the lobby area but everywhere else we see them. Everyone is so attentive and helpful that you just feel great being in this place. I'm doing this review a month after our trip, and I can't help but look back on how amazing our trip's been ending it with a beautiful stay at ParkRoyal Collection Pickering. This exquisite hotel and the high-level customer experience provided is truly an unforgettable experience, and I don't see us staying anywhere else in Singapore for the next time we visit.

The location was excellent. Great for the local hawker markets in Chinatown as well as good bars and restaurants on Amoy, Keong Salik and Club street. 30 minute walk or 10min Grab to Gardens by the Bay and or Little India. It was all very convenient. The pool is and building are stunning, the service was relaxed but responsive. Never in your face but always available to help. I was a very comfortable place to spend time. We didn't try the restaurant but did have a somewhat over priced, but tasty, sandwich by the pool. The room was stunning. The garden view means you look out through the balcony gardens. It's a beautiful way to wake up. Large windows mean you can really drink it in. It's was not cheap but you really do get your money's worth if you're looking for a sanctuary to relax in whilst also being able to jump into the hustle and bustle of the city.
