The greenery and sustainability measures this hotel is engaged in are really worth supporting. It is truly a beautiful hotel as a result of this. Our room was fantastic with every amenity, a large bathtub, blackout blinds, coffee machine. Really nice. There are also places you can just sit around the hotel that are peaceful and relaxing.

Our family of 3 (2 adults and a toddler) really enjoyed our stay here. We were lucky enough to score an upgrade to a room with a separate bedroom and living area plus a GIANT bathroom, and loved the room. The airconditioning was quiet, the decor muted and furnishings useful. Extremely clean. FANTASTIC electric blinds that had both a blackout layer and a gentle privacy layer. The service was friendly and very helpful, and they were very attentive to gluten free needs of our group Like in most of Asia, we did have to explain coeliac disease and the requirements to the restaurant staff - but once this was done the first time, they clearly kept record of it, and they automatically catered for this need in future orders. They were also really good with catering to our toddler. The general setup of the hotel was also very interesting, with heaps of plants (and even a miniature waterfall) throughout the building. Location was good, with a hawker centre right across the road, and two different MRT lines close by. On the day of checkout, they let us have access to the pool deck till we caught our flight out much later in the day.

Architecturally interesting hotel, with a really large amount of very well-maintained greenery. Extra good breakfast, however the restaurant becomes crowded in the late morning. A very interestingly designed swimming pool with surprisingly icy water.

From the time we arrive until the day we departure it was perfect. All the staff member are very helpful und supportive. I want to special thank Ms. Lee Tian and Ms. Nurul. I was organising a birthday and both were very helpful and gave me good recommendations. My Urban suite in the 7th floor has a good view to the vibrant city. Everything was clean and the breakfast was fantastic. They had a big varity of everything. The location is perfect. Walking distance to Chinatown and the food center. But also very close to Quark Clay and Marina Bay. I highly recommend this hotel und would definitely come back.

What can I say, it was just a great choice. We always look for a mix of quality, location and room size. But this was so much more as in top of being a great hotel, the staff were amazing at every section. Nothing was too much trouble from the kind receptionist who found us a room to be able to check in at 9.30am after 24 hours of travelling to the concierge who took care of our damaged luggage which was sent for repairs. Location 100%, breakfast superb and big choice, executive lounge was always welcome for a cheeky drink or two before going out… it just goes on. One of the best and nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Granted, it’s not cheap, but you will leave thanking the staff for a wonderful stay. Plus, the greenery is found at every corner which gives such a clean and refreshing sensation
